Positive Pay is the most sophisticated of all account reconciliation services. It is a process through which the customer and Colorado State Bank and Trust work together to detect check fraud by identifying items presented for payment which the customer did not issue. The basic service is a function of the Full Reconciliation service, so the only charge to a subscribing customer is for returning unmatched items as directed by you.
