Wealth Management Development Program
This intensive training program is an ideal way to explore and begin a career in the financial services industry. The Private Bank is a grouping of business units which have the collective goal of providing the best possible combination of products and services to an affluent client. This encompasses banking services, trust relationships and a wide array of investment products. Our goal is to insure that BOKF clients receive the best possible combination of products and services delivered by highly trained and competent BOKF personnel.
BOK Financial invites high-caliber college graduates to participate in this program. This is an ideal position for a person with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business related field. At least 12 hours of accounting as well as a minimum GPA of 3.2 is required. An additional 12 hours of finance is preferred. Wealth management candidates should exhibit initiative, responsibility, leadership, and strong sales skills. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
As a wealth management trainee, three months of your training will consist of financial analysis training, systems training and a complete BOK Financial organizational overview. Furthermore, you will spend up to 12 months during your training completing a series of rotations throughout many departments. This is a unique opportunity for you to develop a broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry.

After successful completion of this formal training program, you will be placed as an analyst within our wealth management division and you will continue your development for promotional opportunities.
