This intensive training program is an ideal way to explore and begin a career in the financial services industry. BOK Financial invites high-caliber college graduates to participate in this program. The program is designed to benefit both graduate and undergraduate business degrees. At least 12 hours of accounting as well as a minimum GPA of 3.2 is required. An additional 12 hours of finance is preferred. RMDP candidates should exhibit initiative, responsibility, and leadership. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.

As a relationship management trainee, three months of your training will consist of financial analysis training, systems training and a complete BOK Financial organizational overview. Furthermore, you will spend up to 12 months during your training completing a series of rotations throughout many departments. This is a unique opportunity for you to develop a broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry.

After successful completion of this formal training program, you will be placed as a credit specialist within our commercial banking division and you will continue your development toward becoming a relationship manager.
