Check Images on CD-ROM

Check Images on CD ROM is a service designed to provide you with maximum accessibility to your company's check files. A personal computer and CD ROM drive is the only hardware required for almost instantaneous access to any check or deposit slip image in your monthly statement. The inexpensive and user-friendly Windows software allows a variety of sort and search options to eliminate so many of the tedious chores associated with handling physical checks. This product is invaluable for research and fraud detection. Storage requirements will be dramatically reduced as you discover you no longer have a need for your physical checks and deposit slips.

How Does It Work?
When your company's checks are pulled for a normal statement they are sent through a special sorter that digitally "photographs" both sides of each check and deposit slip. The stored images and corresponding check register are then loaded to a CD ROM. Your normal monthly statement will be sent as usual with your CD ROM arriving two to three business days later.
