Wholesale Lockbox is a service designed to accelerate the processing and collection of payments you receive from your customers, usually low volume, high dollar transactions.
How Does It Work?
Customer remittances are mailed to your company using a unique address
and zip code maintained only by Colorado State Bank and Trust at the
main post office in Denver. Acting as your agent, Colorado State Bank and Trust picks up the mail,
processes the payments and makes a deposit to your account before
sending everything to you including photocopies of the checks. The
bank customizes a program that fits your specific needs including
options to automatically update your accounts receivable system.
